So i've just spent a ton of money on my car having it built and tuned by Ztuner. I was pretty proactive with making sure i would have my car properly insured for what it is really worth. I had arranged everything with Hagerty, but now that it has come down to it, i do not qualify because of too many claims recently. Those claims include, having the wheels stolen off of my 370z. (I live in a nice neighborhood. But thieves love those Rays OEM wheels. I had the car for 3 days and hadn't had an opportunity to put it in the garage yet. the 300zx would be in the garage anyway. Also, my 370z got hit and run in a parking lot when i wasn't in it). I contacted grundy as well, and apparently because i'm under 25 (i'm 23) i do not qualify either. I have a clean driving record (0 tickets or accidents, i have been licensed for 6 years. All i want is to not be put in a position where i'm screwed if my car were to be in an accident, and i'm willing to pay for the insurance. If i were declined because i had 7 speeding tickets, a DUI, and 3 accidents, i would understand. But because some people messed with my daily driver when i wasn't even in it, i don't qualify for a I just need to find another company that will do agreed value. Any advice would be appreciated. Currently car is insured with 'Full coverage' with geico... but we all know how meaningless full coverage insurance is on an older, highly modified car.
